No catch! If you’re not completely satisfied all you have to do is Email us and tell us you want to cancel within 30 days of your next payment due. We will not try to persuade you, or ask any questions – no strings!

We’re that confident you’ll love the perks, benefits, and savings of being a plan member! Very few people cancel and when they do, it’s usually because they’ve moved out of our service area … and usually includes a note that says something like, “thanks for the great service over the years!”

Our plan members are our VIP’s and as such get top priority on our schedule. We reserve spots on our schedule every day just for plan members. It’s not unusual for our schedule to fill up for days or weeks in advance especially in the heat of summer – we reserve even more spots for our plan members during these peak busy season times.

If all of our reserved spots are booked by plan members, we reschedule non-members and give their spot to you. That’s what it means to be a VIP!

Repairs that qualify for a warranty are typically covered for 90 days parts & labor. Plan members on the Basic Plan automatically get 1 year parts & labor, and Advanced Plan members automatically get 2 years parts & labor on any qualified repair.*

EZ-Pay is your monthly payment. Your monthly payment will be withdrawn from the credit card or debit card you use when you sign up.

NOTE: We do not keep your account information on file. All of your personal and account information is encrypted by your bank for your security.

At the time of writing this, one maintenance visit is $189. 2 x $189 = $378. Once you do the math on either plan above and take into account all the perks, discounts, cleaning, etc. that are not included in a non-member visit, you see it’s a “no-brainer”!

We made it that way on purpose! Our plan members are our most loyal clients, they tell other people about us, write great reviews, and frankly are our best customers – we make it worth their while! Now you probably see why we let members cancel anytime – they don’t want to cancel!
