I’m a General Contractor in Carefree for over 10 years. These guys are great! The sales guy knew every detail and was amazingly helpful in getting the right product for the customer. The follow up was very good; they arrived on time and worked 10+ hour days to get all the new systems installed. Clean, neat, and very customer driven. We ran into a problem caused 20 years ago when the house was originally built. These guys helped troubleshoot the problem and together we found a good solution. Founded by Rich Morgan in 1997, Magic Touch set out with a simple mission — to raise the bar for HVAC service and customer care in the Phoenix area. What began as a one-man shop has evolved into a team of highly trained pros servicing homes and businesses across the Valley with expert air conditioning, heating, and fireplace services.
Today, Magic Touch Mechanical and our fireplace design division, The Fire Place by Magic Touch, are still family-owned and operated — and still obsessed with getting it right the first time.

Our company grew fast — not by being the loudest or biggest — but by being the company people wanted to tell their friends about. We’ve always believed our true product is customer service, and that quality and value matter more than flashy ads. Michele Morgan’s Magic Touch
In 2004, Rich’s wife and business partner, Michele Morgan, joined the company full-time. With an eye for design and a passion for helping clients create beautiful, functional living spaces, Michele now leads the aesthetic and design side of our fireplace division. From modern linear fireplaces to cozy farmhouse mantels, she works one-on-one with clients to turn inspiration into reality. When you see a beautiful fireplace, custom fire feature, or fireplace media wall on this website, our social media pages, or at your favorite restaurant in Phoenix that was designed & installed by Magic Touch, rest assured Michele designed it all or played a major role working with the homeowner or interior designer.
