We are extremely happy with the service performed by the entire Magic Touch staff. Our installer, Max was excellent. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. Prior to starting the job, Max explained what we could expect during the installation, ie, overview of installation, timing, and even the amount of noise that may occur during the install. In addition, Max and Sean were very respectful of our property. Max went above and beyond expectations in coordinating the haul-away of our old equipment, as well as cleanup at then end of each day.
